Technical Lead and Engineering Manager with 14+ years of experience building and shipping web applications, mobile apps, and cloud-native platforms at scale.
Currently leading a team of engineers at Limio, a subscription commerce platform, owning delivery across product engineering, QA automation, DevOps, and customer support operations. Previously I've led teams at Aristocrat Interactive and consulted at institutions including JP Morgan, HSBC, and Thomas Cook through Globant.
I care deeply about how teams work — not just the code they write. That's led me to pioneer AI-assisted development pipelines, build QA automation from scratch, and invest in mentoring the next generation of engineers. I've also built open source tools that make the web more accessible.

Leading a team of 6 engineers building a subscription commerce platform for enterprise media and publishing clients. Designed and delivered an end-to-end QA automation pipeline using Playwright and TypeScript — cutting regression time from 5 days to 2 hours. Pioneered a 7-phase AI-assisted development workflow using Claude Code, improving team velocity and code consistency by 3x. Also built out Customer Support operations from scratch, implementing Zendesk reporting and OKRs.

Shaped and delivered front-end architecture for a scalable, multiplayer games platform. Led cross-functional teams across product, design, and engineering. Built and maintained CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI, Ansible, Terraform, and Argo. Drove TDD adoption and code review standards. Navigated the team through Aristocrat's acquisition in Feb 2023, maintaining stability and delivery throughout.
